(“Nudge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information from individuals (“you” or “your”) who use our website at www.nudgenow.com and our software-as-a-service platform (collectively, our “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and processing described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent we process personal information in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers in connection with our SaaS platform. Our use of that data is governed by our customer agreements and Data Processing Agreement.

1.1 Account Information. When you create an account or sign up for our Services, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, and other information you provide.
1.2 Payment Information. If you make a payment, your payment-related information (such as credit card or billing details) is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf. We do not store full payment card numbers.
1.3 Communications. When you contact us (via email, forms, or chat), we collect the information you provide in those communications.
1.4 Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Services, including pages viewed, features used, actions taken, time spent, and frequency of use.

Our servers and primary operations are located in the United States, and our Services are operated from the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States for processing.
